The do not call list needs to be enforced as it was meant to be "a do not call list". My residence phone is my private line to communicate with whom I wish. I give the number to those I do business and socialize with. The phone was not intended as an advertising medium, but more of a convenience in life. I pay my phone bill for my usage, if others wish to solicit me on my phone then they need to pay a percentage my phone bill for me. This is especially indicative of cell phone solicitation, airtime is expensive and I don't care to pay incoming phone bills for sales agents to pitch their wares. Toughen the current standards of this measure do not weaken them. Thank you. Mike
