As it stands now I can tell a telemarketer to take me off of his list or to be put on his no call list. If they are allowed to use recordings the normal consumer will never get any rest. We now have a bank that uses recordings. We get 10 calls a day and cant get them stopped. I would like to pick the people that I do business with. You cant do that with a recording. I am affraid that even the ones that are now allowed to call now will be able to find a loop hole and start calling if things are changed. I am against the change. Thanks
