Here we go again with another policy that is a waste of money. If you allow recorded message you might as well do away with the do not call list. The whole idea of the do not call list is to not be bothered recorded or not. And what do you think the telemarketers are going to do with this change, they will have every call recorded, so as to get through. And will be back to point A, but this time all calls will be recorded
