Please, no more loopholes in a law that is fraught with them already. What makes you think that I want to be bothered at my home by a machine? My spouse is on active military duty; our time together is precious. We don't want our time wasted by telemarketers. We are already on both the Texas and the national Do Not Call lists; our number is unpublished. Can we make ourselves any more clear than that?
