To Whom It May Concern: I am adamantly opposed to any organized efforts (legislative or otherwise) that will reduce or eliminate the penalties for violations of the U.S. Do Not Call registry. Before the currents laws were inacted, I had to endure many years of unwanted and unsolicited telemarketing phone calls. I have no intention of going through this type of invasive experience again, and will eagerly cancel my non-cellular phone service if it ever becomes an issue.
