Please do not change the telemarketing rules. We all hate annoying phone calls, I am sure you all do too. If we want to hear about it WE can call the companies. Before being put on the do not call list, I had about 20-30 calls a week. Now I have time to do more important things....like getting phone calls from my husband who is in IRAQ. You cant allow this scam to go through. To do so would be an injustice to many. Thank you, Jennifer Beckel
