Whats wrong with you people, A phone call,is a call, no matter if it is recorded or live. I still have to get up from what I am doing to answer the phone. Why have a no call list if does not mean you can still call me. Wake up an do your job. Protect the consumer from unwanted calls. If I want to buy something, I will call them. Thanks, if this does any good.
