Please do not relax any rules regarding telemarketing calls. I specifically object to the idea of telemarketeres being allowed to deliver a recorded message to individuals with whom they have established a business relationship and to channging the "measured per day per calling campaign" to allow measurement over a 30-day period. Please keep the rules as they are. The do not call list is a great help as it is. Thank you
