I am the Professor for Law and Technology at the University of Maryland College Park. This is an appalling and idiotic idea that reflects the “race to the bottom” mentality of this administration. Obviously all consumer protection must be normalized to the agency with the biggest debt to industry, the most politicized membership and the shortest record of actual consumer protection. Why don’t you get the FCC to change their rules to yours? Sincerely Prof. Vincent Brannigan
