Re Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001 The regs of both agencies should require LIVE callers. No first amendment rights are involved. The telemarketers' clients will continue to pay to reach the customers they truly target. Allowing pre-recorded calls merely allows those clients to interrupt and annoy those further down the priority list. Allowing telemarketers to place pre-recorded calls is even insulting and bothersome than dealing with a person at the other end of the line. Terri Barziza Mosser
