Having signed up for the do not call list, I am greatly disappointed to see that the FTC is actually considering a change that would negate this service. If I had wanted unsolicited phone calls from companies, I would not have signed up for the do not call list in the first place. Even companies that I have done business with, I do not necessarily want phone solicitations from....If I desire to talk with a company, I can pick up the phone and contact them during normal business hours. I am certainly opposed to any changes that would weaken the legislation behind the "Do Not Call List"
