NO on prerecorded telemarketing calls. NO on prerecorded political calls. NO on prerecorded unwelcome soliticitation of ANY kind. If an outfit won't use a person to make their intrusive telephone interruptions, I react VERY negatively, and will NOT contribute, vote for, or purchase any services from them.
