Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001 is a *BAD* idea. The Do-Not-Call List is a good tool to for voting citizens to avoid irritating calls at inopportune times. Whether that irritating call comes from a 'live person' or a machine is irrelevant--it is *STILL* irritating and aggravating. Please do NOT allow this change to occur.
