Please do not change the ruling so as to open the opportunity for companies or businesses to call me at my home. We signed up for the no-call and it was a blessing during my husband's terminal illness. The phone ringing bothered him and stressed me. I enjoy the privacy and quiet of my own home. I feel invaded by tele-marketing, soliciting, surveys. I pay for my phone for my own convenice and safety it should not be an open opportunity for others to hassass or bother me. Please do more to keep the phones private. Anne Bailey Friederich
