I believe the intent of the do not call list was to stop unsolicited calls wether they are live or recorded. Please do not dilute the intent of the list by allowing pre-recordred calls by businesses. You should not give anyone the legal right to invade my privacy just for the sake of soliciting business from me. I would still have to answer the phone and if I didn't they will fill up my answering machine. These messages are annoying and also an inconveniency. The citizens of this country overwhelmingly wanted this list. Please don't start making more exceptions than already exist.
