Do NOT allow a safe harbor for automated telemarketing calls. The general public assumes that a National Do-Not- Call list means just that, NO telemarketing solicitations WHATSOEVER. We do not recognize nor care about any distinction between live and/or pre-recorded messages. When will the FCC and the FTC finally do something that actually reflects the will of public and win the trust of American consumers?
