Dear Sir/Madam: Let me be very clear: DO NOT CHANGE THE RULES TO ALLOW MORE PRE-RECORDED CALLS!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!! I own two businesses - and there are a hundred other ways to contact consumers than by phone. It is not a business or job deterent. These types of existing regulations are one of the few things you guys ever get right - AND THEN YOU WANT TO CHANGE! Are you nuts? Please don't change. Was that clear enough?
