RE: Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001.) I absolutely DO NOT wish to be contacted at home or work by a telemarketer, whether they are live or recorded. I could not wait to sign up for the do-not call list and now it seems there is yet another way for telemarketers to get around it. Please take this into consideration when you make your decision. If telemarketers were welcome to call on people at home or their office, do you really think there would be so much controversy over this topic? Please, please do not allow this to happen.
