Please retain the present laws regarding telemaketing calls and do not weaken them to allow telemarketers to use pre-recorded messages. Our time and privacy is very important to us citizens and I for one do not wish to have telemarketers using my phone to disturb me and my family. It will be nearly impossible to get on their "do not call list". It has been great since the Gov. do not call list went into effect. Please do your civic duty, protect the people from the un-wanted and in most instances un-needed harassment of voice and pre-recorded phone messages from telemarketers.
