Speaking for myself as an individual I must say I do not wish to recieve telemarketing calls of any kind at any time. I therefore oppose any change to the FTC rules. I also oppose the change in wording proposed by the Direct Marketing Association. It seems to me that "NO" means "NO" and that's all there should be to it. A "do not call" list must be just that. No more, no less. Thank you.
