Please DO NOT allow more prerecorded message telemarketing to occur. I refer to the "Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001". Since placing my number on the DO NOT CALL list I am happy to report that the unsolicited telemarketing calls to my home went DOWN significantly. This is what the program was designed for and it has some measure of success. If the rules are altered to allow more prerecorded messages it will have a NEGATIVE IMPACT on that success. PLEASE DO NOT take that giant step backward.
