I know you are busy so I will make my comments brief. I am strongly opposed to all of the proposed changes. I believe that they will weaken phone consumer protections and be an additional burden on consumers who have chosen not to be contacted in this way. I hope you will devote your efforts to a strengthening of our protections. Thanks for your attention.
