Dear Sir I believe that the do not call list should be enhanced not diluted. I presently recieve numerous pre recorded calls and find it is an intrusion on my privacy. If you decide that the new rules are to be applied. I would suggest that you also make it mandatory that these pre recorded messages contain a phone number and a name where they can be contacted and a regulation that they must respond to all calls This I believe would create a level playing field. Where we can harrass them to the same extent they harras us. Thank you.
