Please restrict ALL forms of pre-recorded messages that invade and disturb my home. It is bad enough that a real person calls, most of the recorded messages I receive do not have a means of removing me from their call list. I would say that more than 60% of the calls I receive today are pre-recorded. Above all, in the event that these calls come in on my cell phone, the person making the call should be responsible for the air time charged. With a land line, these nusance calls cost me nothing. If used on cell, then I will have to pay to for it. THIS MUST STOP!
