i am not happy with any decision that allows unsolicited phone calls to be made to me. it doesn't make any difference to me whether i am listening to a live person make a pitch or a recording (probably of a live person) making a pitch. these calls are extremely annoying and intrusive, to say the least. i do not understand the logic that thinks a recording is somehow different from a live person calling. putting the onus on me to have to contact each company to opt out will not work. i tried that with junk mail and it had no effect whatsoever. please do not allow this loop hole to be placed in the law.
