I strenuously object to telemarketers calling me on my cell phone. I have to pay for incoming calls. I especially object to pre-recorded messages. I have registered with the Do Not Call registry. If I begin to receive telemarketing calls on my cell phone, I fully intend to record time and date of call and to bill those companies for the phone calls appearing on my cell phone bill. If they don't pay them, I will sue.I intend to encourage everyone I know to do the same.
