I am not particularly offended by pre-recorded solicitations from companies with which I currently have a business relationship. However, that business should be required to identify itself in the first five seconds of the message, so I can decide if I want to continue to listen or not. I should also be able to opt out of future calls from a company with whom I have done business in the past eighteen months, but, for whatever reason, have since severed that business relationship.
