Comments:
I just found out today about the proposed rule changes to allow telemarketers to use pre-recorded messages to make their calls, even if someone is on the do not call registry. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN! While not perfect, my being on the do not call list has definetly reduced my receipt of unwanted calls. If you allow this change, things will become even worse than they were originally since the telemarketers' costs will be so much lower.
