For businesses who are not allowed to register with the do not call list, we are already facing these prerecorded messages on our voicemail. We can't just hang up on them either. These winded messages must be completely played for us to be able to erase them from our voicemail. Bothering us at home at 9:00 pm on a Sunday night is one thing, but interfering with our own workday is downright absurd.
