I would like to object to the proposed change in the regulation to allow companies to have more than 3% of their telemarketing calls use tape recorded messages. I think this would seriously increase the number of telemarketing calls received by the average consumer. I am currently on the do not call registry and still receive enough calls that I would consider it annoying. If you allow a larger percentage of calls to use taped messages, the volume of calls would only increase, causing more annoyance to the average conusmer. Thank you.
