I, and my family, strongly oppose the proposed change to allow pre-recorded messages as an exemption to the "Do Not Call" list. We do not listen to telemarketing calls, do not purchase anything via that type of advertising, and are enjoying the relative freedom provided through our registration on the list. Please do not make the proposed change. We do NOT want to start receiving annoying calls again! Now, if we could just eliminate the "survey" calls....
