What part of NO isn't being made clear here. We The People, don't want another excuse to why these telemarketers can call our houses ever!!!! I don't care if the law allows a company to call if you've done or inquired business with them. Change the law! I don't want to be bothered ever!!! During the last election, I was getting 3 or more pre-recorded calls a day.Why was that allowed? I signed up for the no-call list the first day it started! This is black and white, there is no gray area!!! Either you do or you don't, it's like a woman almost getting pregnant, right!!! We don't want any calls from anyone we don't ask for, period! This is a typical governmental waste of our tax money! We say NO, but someone finds a way to bring it back. All this money was already spent to stop this! So why would you even consider it again? There are too many inconsistancies in the agencies that regulate! Just like how the FCC will fine someone they don't like for indecency, but leave Oprah alone for breaking the same rule!!! We need consistancy in the USA! It's just like the efforts to liberate Iraq, while American soldiers are abusing prisoners. We might as well piss it all away!!! Do what's right for the American people, stop this telemarketing nonsense now!!!!!! Thank you, J. G.
