Not in favor of the propsed ruling. I have already experienced a pre-recorded message marketing tactic over the phone. The same pre-recorded message lasted about 3 months. The recorded calls came about 1-3 days a week. I could almost expect the calls to come around the same time on these designated days of their choosing. It was getting to the point of "recorded harassment", in my terms. Even though I was already on the "No Call List". I decided that I had to contact my state government who did provide a solution to the problem before this all started (a document to record the company's name and phone number of an unwanted caller). Eventually the "recorded messages" stopped or the company decided to stop sending me the "pre-corded calls" before I was able to send in the documentation to my state representitives. Thank you for allowing me to express my experience with "pre-recorded telemarketing tactics".
