It would seem that in our democratic society, that the majority of the people dislike telemarketers, and have taken steps to stop the intrusion. Now. we find, that the companies causing this intrusion have more clout than the public. We have stated our wishes, and complied with the proceedures requested to stop these telemarketers. These companies and their loopholes must be held to the wishes of the public, not the courts....
