I am against the proposed changes to allow for greater automated telemarketing calls. I believe that telemarketing is already an endemic problem and the only way to really limit the number of calls is to increase costs on the telemarketing firm. By requiring that telemarketers pay people to be on the other end of the phone line, greater cost is incurred compared to the cost if the calls were automated. Therefore, please vote no to the proposed changes. Thank you for your time. -Lance M. Westerhoff
