This action would be disasterous! Not only would it undermine the Do Not Call registry (which has made my home infinitely more peaceful since it's activation) it will actually make things worse! Telemarketing computers have no soul. They do not percieve irritation in the voice of their victims. They merely strike at random, interupting family time and meal times. It is not the content of the call that is the problem, but the calls themselves! Unless they (telemarketing companies) are willing to pay for free phone service for everyone they call, they should not be able to use MY telecommunication equipment to THEIR benefit without my express permission to do so!
