The rules should be tightened not relaxed. My home is not a place to be accessed by unwanted advertising. I get home from work and want to relax, not answer the phone every 10 minutes and listen to sales calls. Companies advertise on the TV, internet, newspapers, radio, billboards and mail. Leave the telephone alone!! I may drop my home phone and only use a cell phone or get an unlisted number if the calls get worse.
