Prerecorded Message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001. As a busy father of two small children I dislike telephone calls of all kinds. Frankly, it's an inconvience for me when my even my mother calls. I take the call from my mother of course. Telemarketing calls drive me mad. I support any effort to limit or elminate them. In my opinion, a company must find a way to advertise that does not annoy the hell out of 98% of the people it touches. It matters not that a prior relationship exisits. In fact, it becomes difficult to destinguish legitmate communications from careless advertising. If I think I am receiving a telemarketing call I will not answer it or I will hang up. If the company is attempting to inform of a legitimate issue such as a billing mishap, they will fail. Tom Haney Columbus, OH
