Please do not amend the telemarketing rules to allow for more automated calls. These are very annoying. Please amend the laws to make it easier to stop all telemarketing calls including those from companies i have done business with. Also, when an automated call is made, require the caller to have the opt out info at the beginning of the call not the end. Also, stiffen the penalties for those companies who do not follow the opt out rules.
