Gentlemen, It took me three days to to get through to the do not call registry as, I'm sure, it did others at the time. With this kind of response, why in hell would you even consider easing the rules. In less than one week, I received three calls from Verizon soliciting me to change the package I had just agreed to the previous week, thanks to the loop hole that allowed them to call current customers. If anything, you should continue the ban on automated calls, and direct companies like Verizon to solicite current customers only in writing.
