I have my number unlisted because I don't want anyone that I don't give my phone number to calling my house. I pay extra to have it unlisted. It doesn't do any good when you allow this to happen. I don't care if it is a real person or a pre-recorded message. I don't want to be bothered at home. Home is a place to relax. I have to jump for the phone at work. I don't want to have to do this at home also. I feel that it is an invasion of privacy. I will also guarantee you that I will NEVER purchase anything from a telemarketer or a pre-recorded message. If I want something I will do the research on the product or service and price myself and make an informed decision.
