I would be STRONGLY in favor of limiting the ways a company can telemarket me. I am against pre-recorded messages because you can't tell a live person to take you off the marketing list. It requires me to take an extra step to contact the company that has already intruded my home to request them to stop. I would like the rules to change further, to require companies that I am currently a customer of to be unable to telemarket me without first gaining permission. I am on the do not call registry and still get calls CONSTANTLY. It is not very effective already, to relax the rules would make it even less effective. I appreciate you considering my opinion. If you have any questions, please write to the above address. DON'T CALL. Thanks.
