I have opted out of receiving telemarketing calls. This includes all calls. Pre-recorded or live is still an interuption of my life and a violation of my right to privacy. A # should be created for people who want to listen to advertising where they could call and hear all they wanted when and where they wanted. The rest of us should not have to suffer the intrusion.
