Please deny the DMA's request to effectively destroy the TSR. Requiring telemarketers to switch from live to pre-recorded messages, while allowing them essentially free reign otherwise, will return the country to the days of citizens being subjected to a daily barrage of unwanted calls. Despite self-serving statements by telemarketers, the citizens have spoken -- and we do not want these continual invasions of our privacy to resume in any form. Please deny this rule change and continue to require ALL telemarketers to continue to check the national Do Not Call registry for phone numbers to remove from their call lists. Thank you.
