Prerecorded Telemarketing Calls: I am totally opposed to changing the rule. Anything which makes it easier and cheaper to engage in telemarketing calls is an intrusive irritant. The FCC should change its rules to match the FTC! Direct Marketing Association Amendment Request: Do not amend! This will make it easier to abuse consumers!
