I would ask you not to change the rules for the No Call List in favor of the businesses. I now receive pre recorded messages asking to call a certain number for information. A business should not have to contact someone on the phone to solicit business. everyone needs their telephone for their own reasons, it certainly shouldn't become a pain in the A-- because someone is trying to sell you siding for a brick house. Thank you for considering this comment. I only hope you use good judgement for the individuals.
