I am very upset that the ruling would allow telemarketers to once again plaque our homes with unwanted calls during our dinner time, bed time and on the weekends when we are away from work. When I signed up for the do not call list I was estatic no more unwanted calls. At an age when personal debt is so high why in the world would you permit these vultures to once again plaque the general poplulation. You force most of us to be rude and just hang up on telemarketers. If we didn't want them calling us last month why would you assume we want them calling this month. Do we not have the right to privacy on our phone when we are paying the bill. What right do you have to take away our freedom under the bill of rights? I am not infringing on someone's rights when it's my phone, I paid for the phone and I pay for the service. I AM AGAINST WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO.
