Please do not allow any rule changes that would weaken the "Do Not Call" list, and allow companies to use pre-recorded messages to harrass former customers. The "Do Not Call" lost has been a blessing for so many consumers, we now can actually complete a dinner meal without being interrupted by unwanted phone calls. If you change the rules at all, please do so to strengthen the provisions of this law. Thank you very much, God bless you.
