If I have signed up for the DO NOT CALL LIST, which I have, it means I don't want ANY phone calls from solicitors whether a real person OR an automated message. As a tax payer, I strongly request that NO PHONE CALLS OF ANY TYPE from ANY solicitor be the law. Its the FTC and FCC's duty to protect the rights and privacy of the tax payers from this type of unwanted solicitation. Automated solicitation is just as unwanted as a live person calling.
