Re: Prerecorded message EBR, Telemarketing Project No. R411001, I strongly disagree with this proposal. Telemarketing as presently allowed is only marginally acceptable. F urther degradation of the restrictions would again make us unwilling victims of the telemarketing industry and I strongly object to such changes. Judith Hollingworth
